VESevo and TU Graz Racing Team partner to enhance performance in Formula Student

VESevo Smart Technology, an innovative spin-off company from the University of Naples Federico II, announces a collaboration with TU Graz Racing Team.

The team is composed of around 80 students who each season design and build a race car to compete in the international competitions of Formula Student. The collaboration introduces the VESevo tire testing system, a technology that allows non-destructive analysis of viscoelastic properties and provides precise data on tire behavior under different conditions.

Through VESevo’s technology, the team will analyze how tire performance changes during use and across temperature cycles, collecting useful data to optimize compound management, setup definition and race planning. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to technological progress and continuous improvement, supporting the connection between academic research and real-world motorsport applications.

VESevo continues to support educational and non-professional racing projects thanks to the versatility of the VESevo device, which has already been employed across multiple motorsport categories including Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula E, NASCAR, MotoGP, and Moto2.
